We benchmark our compensation to the 80th percentile or higher. Our people are worth it!
Our paid vacation ranges from 1-3 weeks depending on tenure.
Earn up to 40 hours of sick leave per year and rollover 24 hours if the hours are unused.
We offer a choice of healthcare plans to all employees and cover 50% of the premium.
FT employees are paid for 6 federal holidays regardless of whether they generally work those days or not.
